  • I started with Meghann at the beginning of 2022. I came to her with multiple old and new injuries, no idea how to properly use my core after having children and very little muscle mass. The reason I started seeing her is that I wanted and needed a change, to help my strength, stress, as well as to start doing something just for me. My knees were my biggest issue as well as my lower back and shoulders. Meghann took one look at me and immediately knew the path to start me on. She setup training that was completely planned around my strengths and weaknesses and communicated with the chiropractor and massage so that I could get the best results. Now almost 11 months later, I have full mobility of my knees back, my shoulders are strong, I use my core properly and I have no lower back pain like I used to. We are starting to work on goals that I never dreamed of, and my stress is less knowing my body can do things that it was having difficulties with before.   • I came to Meghann 8 months ago after randomly deciding to compete in my first powerlifting meet. I had started lifting about a year prior, but had absolutely no experience in powerlifting. I was living out of state, with limited lifting equipment, and a makeshift kitchen that consisted of a microwave, air fryer, and a mini fridge. She wrote me a powerlifting program using the equipment I had available, a schedule that fit my busy work demands, and a nutrition plan that was easy to follow and simple to prepare. She walked me through each program block, answering all of my questions with detailed responses and videos, making adjustments whenever necessary. She also ensured that my training worked around the bone disease I have in one of my shoulders. Once I returned to Bellingham, she always made time to check in with me and schedule 1-on-1 sessions whenever needed. In the past 8 months, I've lost 37 pounds while adding significant strength to all of my lifts, and I just took second place at my first meet with Meghann by my side the entire time! As a coach, Meghann is incredibly responsive, adaptable, and approachable. She is dedicated to finding the right system for you. She genuinely wants you to be successful and understands how to help you reach your goals, while also living your life outside the gym. As a person, she is exactly who you want in your corner when you're trying to make a positive change in your life. Sustainable change isn't easy, but Meghann is by your side for both the mental and physical challenges that inevitably pop up along the way. I cannot recommend Meghann enough! She is a great coach for both the gym newbie or experienced lifter. Trust the process, follow the plan, and you won't be disappointed!
